IO1 – Didactic guidelines
IO1 focuses on the development, testing and evaluation of a qualification concept for vocational training personnel ("Expert Digitalization in Training") in order to
the required professional, personal and digital competencies for the use of immersive technologies (AR, VR, 360 ° videos), IoT and 3D printing in the practical
training and to describe them. The result is didactic guidelines for (in-company) trainers and teachers at vocational schools that, among other things, prevent the
in-company training personnel becoming digitally "hooked".
This is based on extensive expert / industry surveys (questionnaires) at the respective learning locations. This is done in relation to DigiCompEdu (2019), the framework for the
digital literacy of educators, and thus more broadly in relation to DIGICOMP 2.1. The focus is therefore on the following areas: professional
engagement, digital resources, teaching and learning, assessment, learner empowerment, and facilitating learner digital literacy.
